Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same name, the same email address, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms. m89 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonus funds or free bet credits held in those accounts will be forfeited, and any winnings generated using duplicate account bonuses may be voided.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m89 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 03 Age Restriction and Eligibility

05 Bonus and Promotion Terms

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your m89 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place total wagers equal to 30 times the bonus amount before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live table games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.

5.2 Bonus Validity and Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Upon detection of bonus abuse, m89 reserves the right to cancel all associated bonuses, void related winnings, and close the account without notice.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions

m89 periodically runs seasonal and event-tied promotions aligned with major local events including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and other culturally significant periods. These promotions are time-limited and carry their own specific terms. Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

06 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the m89 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of m89 does not breach any legal obligation you are subject to in your jurisdiction.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m89 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account policy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform for any money laundering purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to regular users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in a systematic or bad-faith manner.
• Colluding with other players, whether in live casino games or sports betting, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing m89 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the accounts or personal data of other m89 players without authorisation.
• Copying, scraping, reproducing, or commercially exploiting any content from the m89 platform without written authorisation.

6.2 Lawful Use

You agree to use the m89 platform only for lawful purposes. You confirm that all funds deposited into your m89 account originate from legitimate sources and are not connected to any criminal activity. m89 reserves the right to report any suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities where legally obligated to do so.

6.3 Technical Fair Use

07 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures and any real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

7.2 Closure by m89

m89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identification information.
• Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse, money laundering, or fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Confirmed underage access or use of the platform by a person under 18 years of age.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Extended inactivity (see Section 7.3 below).

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An m89 account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to applying an inactivity status, m89 will attempt to contact the player at their registered email address. An account inactivity fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players can reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the m89 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is applied for a minimum period of 6 months and cannot be reversed during that period. Following the minimum exclusion period, reinstatement of account access requires a formal written request and a cooling-off review. 08 Limitation of Liability

The m89 platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m89 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of the platform or its content.

8.1 Platform Availability

m89 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. m89 accepts no liability for losses — including missed betting opportunities or inability to close a live wager — resulting from planned or unplanned platform downtime.

8.2 Gambling Losses

Gambling involves risk. By using m89, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager. m89 accepts no liability for financial losses arising from wagering activity conducted on the platform, provided that such losses resulted from the fair operation of certified games and sports betting markets in accordance with published rules and odds.

8.3 Third-Party Content

Game content on the m89 platform is supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. m89 accepts no liability for technical failures, errors, or disputes arising from the operation of third-party game software. Where a game malfunction results in an erroneous payout, m89 and the relevant game studio reserve the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the player.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the extent that m89 is found to be liable to a player for any claim arising out of the use of the platform, m89's total aggregate liability to that player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
